The amended bill of Mrs. Cox, filed in the present suit against Otis Sprague, Mave H. Sprague, his wife, Charles Sprague, the Provident Life & Trust Company, a corporation, Winthrop `Wright Sprague, Clark VV'oodard Sprague, Lucy L. Wickham, VVintl1rop Wright Sprague, and Clark Woodard Sprague, as the executors and trustees of the last will and testament of john W. Sprague, de- ceased, alleges, among other things, that on the 24th day of October, 1896, she recovered a judgment in the superior court of Pierce coun- ty, Wash., against Otis, Mave H., and Charles Sprague for the sum of $17,883.75, bearing interest at the rate of 7 per cont. per annum until paid, upon which judgment execution was issued and returned
