This directory contains raw data from the U.S. Securities and Exchange
Commission EDGAR database.

The web site for the SEC is at:

The raw submissions are available as daily feed files directly from the SEC.

This directory contains XML-transformed SEC feeds from 1994 to 2001.  The blocks
files contain header information only, the others are XML-wrapped full feeds.
There are some gaps in the data.  The 1995 directory is browsable and contains
examples of both files.
