    resolution; which was referred to the Committee on the Judiciary

                         CONCURRENT RESOLUTION


 
Expressing the sense of Congress with respect to convicted spy Jonathan 
                                Pollard.

Whereas in 1987 Jonathan Pollard was convicted and sentenced to life 
        imprisonment for stealing and selling classified data to Israel; and
Whereas President Clinton is considering clemency for Mr. Pollard: Now, 
        therefore, be it
    Resolved by the House of Representatives (the Senate concurring), 
That it is the sense of Congress that convicted spy Jonathan Pollard 
should not be released from prison.
