To request the Secretary of the Navy to name an appropriate ship of the 
             United States Navy the U.S.S. Joseph Vittori.

    Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the 
United States of America in Congress assembled, That it is the sense of 
Congress that the Secretary of the Navy should name an appropriate ship 
of the United States Navy the U.S.S. Joseph Vittori, in honor of Marine 
Corporal Joseph Vittori (1929-1951) of Beverly, Massachusetts, who was 
posthumously awarded the Medal of Honor for actions against the enemy 
in Korea on September 15-16, 1951.
